Also, the real estate agent was USELESS! He knew nothing about making a real estate purchase for foreigners and I spend so much money on hotels and lost time from work because I had to extend my stay in Istanbul due to the many delays! I was very frustrated! I was lucky enough to have a friend refer me to ABT Law Consulting! Resol and Gokbige were excellent! They both speak English and helped me at every step of the process! From the moment ABT Law Consulting got involved in the purchase everything went smoothly and I was completely relaxed! They reviewed all documents, resolved all issues with the real estate agent and the seller, and attended the purchase at the TAPU (THE GOVERNMENT REGISTRY OFFICE)! And at the TAPU they were wonderful! They made the entire process simple and fast! Their ability to speak excellent English made all the difference! They even spoke better English than the government Translater!!! After the purchase they went with me to speak with the tenants in the apartment and translated so they understood exactly the process for move out! There was a problem with the previous owner and the tenants about the rent paid and security deposit, Resol and Gokbige assisted me in quickly resolving the issue ! I can't say enough about ABT Law Consulting! HONEST! FAIR PRICES! EXCELLENT SERVICE!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Il ne savait rien sur l'achat d'un bien immobilier pour des étrangers et j'ai dépensé tellement d'argent dans des hôtels et perdu du temps de travail parce que j'ai dû prolonger mon séjour à Istanbul en raison des nombreux retards! J'étais très frustré! J'ai eu la chance qu'un ami me réfère à ABT Law Consulting! Resol et Gokbige étaient excellents! Ils parlent tous les deux anglais et m'ont aidé à chaque étape du processus! À partir du moment où ABT Law Consulting a pris en charge l'achat, tout s'est bien passé et j'ai été complètement à l'aise! Ils ont examiné tous les documents, résolu tous les problèmes avec l'agent immobilier et le vendeur, et assisté à l'achat à la TAPU (BUREAU D'ENREGISTREMENT DU GOUVERNEMENT)! Et au TAPU, ils ont été formidables! Ils ont rendu l'ensemble du processus simple et rapide! Leur capacité à parler en anglais excellent a fait la différence! Ils parlaient même mieux l'anglais que le traducteur demaqndé par le gouvernement !!! Après l'achat, ils sont allés avec moi pour parler avec les locataires de l'appartement et les ont traduits afin qu'ils comprennent exactement le processus de déménagement! Il y avait un problème avec l'ancien propriétaire et les locataires concernant le loyer payé et le dépôt de garantie, Resol et Gokbige m'ont aidé à résoudre rapidement le problème! Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur ABT Law Consulting! HONNÊTE! PRIX ÉQUITABLES! SERVICE EXCELLENT!! VOUS NE SEREZ PAS DÉÇU!!!
