I found a wonderful apartment in Istanbul that I wanted to purchase and I had lots of concerns! I did not speak Turkish and had no ideas of Turkish laws! Also, the real estate agent was USELESS! He knew nothing about making a real estate purchase for foreigners and I spend so much money on hotels and lost time from work because I had to extend my stay in Istanbul due to the many delays!
