It is located in the same plaza as Vicious Biscuit, Michael's, and Chili's. There's usually plenty of parking by the store, as most customers are in the plaza for the other businesses. The shop offers a variety of items and brands for health and wellness products. Some of the items like the manuka honey have little signs to explain the benefits and properties of the item. All of the aisles and sections are labeled clearly so you can find what you're looking for. For the elderberry syrup, we have to ask for it at the counter where you checkout. We were helped by one lady who was enthusiastic with all of the customers and seemed to be knowledgeable about the items there. They have a reward program there where if you spend a certain amount, you can earn a $5 reward on your next purchase. Additionally, if you're a senior citizen, there is a discount as well.

One downside is that this location shares a common parking lot with the Panera Bread next door so the parking situation can get a bit frustrating at times. Luckily there are 3-4 reserved "Vitamin Shoppe Parking Only" spaces, but that doesn't stop people from idling in them while their family members go place and order at Panera. This is a big place (for a Vitamin store), I didn't know they made vitamins out of some of the stuff they offer! But then again, I can't really see myself taking 20 vitamins at one point in the day... I guess it will happen sometime when my hair starts turning gray.

This is also the only local grocery store where I could find organic sourdough bread and they have different flavors! If you're in Ballantyne, give them a shot. It is absolutely worth it in my experience and opinion. Oh, and I edited this to add that you could find some really great sweet treats! They have chocolate from Dubai and I love their organic dark chocolate with a hint of salt. There are tons of gluten-free options from pasta to bread and crackers. You name it. They also have a couple of aisles of health items and really great dog treats as well.
