Run by Shifu Shi Yanzi and Shifu Yan Lei means classes are taught by real monks. You can learn meditation, Qigong and of course Shaolin Gung fu. The instructor was very friendly, but there was no slacking off, and he made everyone work bloody hard. Loved it though and will be back there next week. The teachers are excellent, the students very friendly and they have a great children's club too. My teenage son has been going to this school for 6 years and loves it.
