We checked in with about 10 other people. Their process was streamlined and efficient. We were in a room in 1/2 hour. All personal were great but a special shout out to Dr. Smith. I have never seen a doctor with such wonderful manners and concern and compassion. He was funny and had my mom at ease immediately. We both loved him. He walked us to the exit door. This was my second time In 5 years that I went for a…read moremammogram here. It's very clean and everyone is very nice. Both times I was in and out and hardly no wait at all. They do mammograms but also other imaging for the other clinic beside them. The technician walks you through everything she is doing so you don't feel anymore uncomfortable than it is to be squeezed the machines! If you need to get your annual mammogram or have to have one done I highly recommend this location. Appointment at 7:45 and out of the office at 8:05! Job well Done!

The care of residents is suspect ad the cleanliness consistency is extremely lacking. residents are tolerated but not cared for in the memory care unit and the quality of care is horrible - doors were left unlocked and human feces found in a room not belonging to the person who made the "deposit" . An LPN is the medical "expert" for this facility - not an RN, NP or MD - and that individual is on duty M-F -8- 5. The caregivers are in constant rotation which indicates a problem with staff retention and there is obviously no set, consistent training and indoctrination program for those individuals. we have even noted some caregiver staff stepping off into blind areas of security camera coverage and staying there to chat while residents are in distress. Extremely distressing.

The new front office staff is still navigating some things but they are very understanding when something needs to be corrected and are helpful in doing so. The back staff and dental staff are amazing and always the best with both myself and my son.
