My account was never recovered, so we stopped going and switched to Costco and the Sam's Club in Little Rock. After almost a year, we finally returned to the Conway location. While scanning our items, the store's main manager, Kevin, recognized us. He mentioned he hadn't seen us in a while and asked what had happened. He even remembered our account issue! After explaining everything, he sincerely apologized, said he'd look into it, and comped our membership for a year! That's leadership and customer service! Now I can come back every weekend.

It's a bit pricey for a store like this. It's not as high end as some but conventional and convenient. The coffee bar is a bit pricey as well vs. premium coffees they sell and serve it's a bit over the top. Also not SO much as coffee goes comparing to other coffee bars in the area... I'd rather just make a pot at my house. I will definately return to this location when in the area and pick up an item or two.

They keep it very clean! The store has a bit of anything you might need. Such as hardware, car items, water, drinks, candy, chips, pizza, ice cream, lottery tickets and great price on gas. They also have quick food items and coffee. Plus an ATM if you want to pay cash. There is a little Baskin Robbins inside with tables to sit and enjoy. They even have a car wash and sell propane.

I assume they buy overstock from distributors, so they often have GREAT deals on alcohol that you won't find elsewhere. Like they once had Kraken rum for $5 a bottle which is normally $23. Guess what all my drinking friends got for Christmas from me that year! LOL. Currently, they have 10-packs of Windsor Canadian Whiskey single shots for $5 - that's 50¢ a bottle, and you just can't get that deal anywhere else! The layout of the store is nice, and I don't have a problem finding anything, although I almost always buy the same things... my favorite beers and anything interesting they have on sale. Added bonus: from my house to their store is an easy drive with only one traffic light between them and me.
