I have yet to pick up my ring I took over for resizing. However, I have to sing this shop and it's lovely owner the praises it/he deserves. Fantastic owner, incredibly upfront and honest about options when it comes to the process and potential problems with the whole undertaking of resizing my beloved vintage ring. Pros: Honest, cordial, helpful, funny, and incredibly professional. Unlike many businesses I've encountered in Finland, this is a business that actually seems to care and to want to please/provide warm service in a neighborly fashion. I really appreciate that. And not just in people proving a service to me. Just people in general. I left feeling like more than a customer. I will go back to the shop for future jewelry needs for sure. This place may seem like a nice small jewellery shop, but the appearance may be deceiving. I always thought that Finns are nice and honest people when doing business. However, the owner (?) of this shop is very polite and entertaining, but that seems to be part of the game. So, pay attention not to buy any fake products as a genuine one.
