They were unprepared for hearings, which caused unnecessary delays and extended the process.We had agreed on a flat fee that was paid in full. Despite very little progress being made after the initial stages, they have been unwilling to refund any portion for the work not completed. As a result, I had to take over and complete most of the case myself while learning the probate process on the fly.This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
