There is a new menu every day and you either like it or not. The menu is limited to 3 dishes in each category; antipasti, primi piatti, secondi piatti and 1 dessert. It was excellent and a must try if you're there during porcini season. For primi we ordered the gnocchi and the tagliolini carbonara "valtellinese" style. We shared the grigliata bastonata. We also enjoyed an excellent local Nebbiolo with our dinner. The service was super attentive and kind. We'd definitely return to this restaurant.
