She is a crook, and I'm happy her business went under - although now I see she built a brand-spanking new home in Florida, which is interesting because during our sale, she and Martin didn't have two pennies to rub together, as she told me. She also went on and on about her personal problems - and then pulled her "Christianity" out and sprinkled that crap around. I would guess that she is doing business under a different name now - she would have to, after the reviews she has received both here and on Google. This woman promised us a $10,000 estate sale profit, did not advertise it ONCE, other than the morning of on Craigslist, and told us how beautiful everything was - and we walked away with a measly $2800. No sense in me redoing my note this is the note I sent to the realtors (total of about 12) I don't normally recommend people I haven't used yet BUT I did with Amanda (Kitten Creek Estate Sale). I just got a VERY nasty voice mail from her and would NOT recommend using her AT ALL. I now must go back to a dozen or so agent friends I've told Amanda about (due to talking about our own situation) and will certainly retract as well as post on YELP. Rather than TAKE responsibility she unloads it on a potential client. She is NOT kind, NOT patient and VERY demeaning, patronizing and condescending. I thought my husband was going to cancel on her on the phone yesterday when he got a mouth full from her. Demanding things "be worded" a certain way. IE: We needed boxes that she said to get from HER vs. Home Depot (at her cost) when I wrote and ask her when she could bring those by she said "We weren't communicating well and that I should have clarified WE didn't want HER to pack --- but this was discussed while she was here, so why would I say that? Facts are: She's said she'd bring boxes. I'm asking, "when can I get some?" This caused her to cancel going forward abruptly to assist us in July. If she can't handle ME I hardly think you'd want to trust her with a senior client or anyone else counting on help and then being dumped because they didn't "word" something the way SHE THINKS it should be worded. We go from that to attacking MY Christianity on a voice mail. Hum....how is asking for boxes SHE TOLD ME to ask for and MY Christianity tied into one another? Poor thing. This all happen AFTER I ask for references. DO NOT USE or recommend her. Sorry I said something before using her myself. Never will I do that again.
