The work was not completed as agreed, and the contractor ended work before the full scope was finished, requiring us to engage replacement services. During the project, property damage occurred, resulting in delays and additional repair work. Formal invoices were never provided. Despite multiple written requests, the company failed to supply itemized billing, receipts, proof of licensing, or other documentation relevant to the project. Payment demands continued while the account was in active dispute and before requested documentation was produced. Certified mail sent to the business's last known address was returned as undeliverable due to an expired forwarding order, and the company did not provide an updated service address despite repeated requests. Written requests for clarification and documentation were often unanswered or only partially addressed, and the explanations for claimed charges changed over time without supporting records. Based on our documented cost analysis, we have already paid more than the value of work completed. This review is shared to reflect our experience and to encourage others to carefully verify documentation, licensing, and billing practices before hiring.

I suggest calling Bryant Fence and hiring them. It's worth the extra $2-300 when they're building you a high quality CUSTOM fence. I can't say enough about the communication and responsiveness of Sam & Brandon. I gathered 8 quotes and Sam was very honest with me and personable. He didn't just give me a sales pitch, he asked what I wanted and helped vision cast what the fence would look like and how it would function with me. On fence installation day I had some property line concerns and potential HOA violations so Brandon drove out in the middle of his day to measure and create the fence lines based on county records. On fence installation day I was able to determine the exact spots of my gates and fence lines. This is not something I could do with other companies like Champion who install with pre-made panels. I'm also extremely happy with my fence because our fence is on a large hill. They were able to custom build the fence into the hill so there is no visibility inside of our fence. Again, pre-made panels would not be able to do that. Once the fence was built, we painted it black and it looks even better.

One panel needed to be placed on our backyard patio. We were assured by Josh, and the head installer and the supervisor the day they drilled into the patio cement ASSURING US there would be no issues with cracking of the cement. Let me tell you they did not give us honest answers in regard to the cracking. we have a post which holds the corner of our overhang and these crack are headed that way. I personally called Josh and was told to take many pictures and submit them along with questioning how they would take care of this. The owner then sent out one of his workers to review these cracks and his words to my husband was "I do not know what I am looking for!! He took pictures as well.We then got and estimate sent to Bryant fence for $2800 to fix this mess and his reply was this estimate only told him the amount of the repair. Could not accept this as reliable I will continue to fight this matter but I feel horrible recommending him to a neighbor who ended up with issues himself!!! People don't answer the phone, make estimate appointments that they don't show up to, have a ridiculous "$5,000 minimum" policy and/or don't work within your budget.
