The easiest way to say this is, "I wish we had booked a different photographer on such a special…read moreday...a day that we could never recapture." Here are my complaints: The contract says that we would get our photos back in TWO WEEKS. We got them TWO MONTHS later after following up several times and getting the runaround. (I mean, two months is fine but not when you set expectations for 2 weeks.) We received over 1100 photos, many duplicates, triplicates, quadruplicates (you get my drift) of the same picture...so why did it take two months???) Even with some good pictures, the photos were not centered, cropped, straightened, or well positioned. We even received photos that were completely blurry. (WHY?) No attention to details...(isn't it the whole point of this work?) My advice, just have your friends take the 1100 pictures and edit them yourself. At least you wouldn't be upset about paying a "professional" for the same quality. (Out of respect for our friends' and family's privacy, we are unable to share most of the photos but here are a few to address the point.)
