Water was leaking from the roof in the attic in two spots and every single window on the back side of the house where the rain was blowing had water coming through the windows. Carpets wet and paint coming off the walls, It was a giant mess. I submitted a warranty claim that night in the storm so this issue could be fixed as fast as possible. The roofers were out first thing Monday morning and had the leaks fixed. Great company there. The rest has been terrible. Going on two weeks now and still do not have the windows fixed. AJ from the warranty department has been great to work with but it sounds like he can only do so much and is restricted from the powers at be of Lillian. Looking like right now that all the windows will need to be ripped out and replaced. All this going on while we have a new born at home. This is ridiculous. Don't buy a Lillian Custom Home because the quality is not there and they can't control their subs. I had a better quality built first home by DR Horton. Very disappointed and highly frustrated with my experience.
