When the same cable breaks on the single door as the double door you realize there is a problem. Then the owner says you must have put the door down on a large object. That didn't happen. I'd hate for someone else to get stuck with this type of workmanship and company ethics. When the repaired the double door they didn't change out any parts. All they did was straighten the track and bend stuff around for over 200.00.

Reservations were for 6:30 we got there a few minutes late but they weren't busy so it didn't seem to be a big deal. We were sat upstairs by the bar which is where they usually seat us so that's fine. There isn't a bad seat in the house. We sat down and someone immediately got us some water, didn't speak much or tell us that our waiter would be right with us...Just walked off. We sat at the table for about 20 minutes with 3 different waiters walking back and forth to enter orders and take orders from several tables, one of which sat down after we did. When I go to a place as nice as Prime 115 and the prices are higher than most places in this area I expect a little higher standards than what we received. I called The Emory Bar and Kitchen as we were sitting at the table in Prime 115 to see if they had any tables available....they did! We got up and left and let the hostess know ow that we never had a waiter stop to communicate they would be right with us or greet us in anyway. Very disappointed in the service here but I'm sure the food is still wonderful.
