He is always there when I need him to answer my million questions. He even assisted a pal, who had used a different health insurance broker, when she was attempting to navigate her insurance policy, after a cancer diagnosis. He and Custom Health Plans, Inc will be both of our "go to" this October, when we have to navigate this madness, yet, again. "Service, before, during, and after the sale," has been the BEST! These days, that is not typical of corporate America. I would highly recommend Ric and Custom Health Plans!

This apparently happened months before we found out and we only found out because our insurance was denied at the doctors. As an open heart surgery patient and having a wife that is pregnant insurance is pretty important. Rich was quick to take our money but now has ignored us. We were looking into switching agents and who better to trust than the guy to helped people every weekend anyways. ue to it still being available (i could have paid cash in full at the time)…read more After a few months I get a letter asking for full payment as insurance didn't cover it due to cancelation. I called realm health to confirm the appointment to time, date, and most importantly the email. After speaking to a supervisor for awhile and going back and forth on the wording in this email, it was concluded to be a mistake on the companies end by putting the wrong ending date down. The reason the one star is added here is after this we both understood in the form of business identity it would be of importance to foot the bill and make things right. Realm health doesn't believe in making this right and after a few days called back to change tone and double down that it is now not a mistake and they are not responsible for thier misswording of an email. All in all this company does not care about karma, good business, or even it's customers. I wish they would do better. If you made it this far be warned it's a fake smile at the end of the day.
