The head instructors are Min Sabumnim (5th dan) and Lee Sabumnim (4th Dan). Both instructors are experienced competitors and teachers. MasterMin in particular is an excellent teacher who has an uncanny talent to challenge students while sparring without overwhelming them. The school is located in Closter plaza, which has several shops, including a Whole Foods and a Starbucks. There is plenty of parking in the plaza.

The Kickboxing class is a nice combination ( No pun Intended ) of skill development & building your endurance. The last 20 minutes is battle ropes. If you never tried the ropes, you'd be amazed at full body workout you will get. Best of all, it's low impact and doesn't beat on your joints like lifting heavy in the gym. It's a great adjunct to your other training or in and of itself ( 3x a week) can catapult you to true fitness, weight loss and improved self-confidence.
