I asked if they could guarantee that the food would be here in 25 minutes, and they started backpedalling, saying well, no, because it's a 10 minute drive, so, maybe 30 minutes. We told them to just cancel our order, as it's completely unacceptable for our food to arrive 90 minutes after placing an order. They didn't even apologize. Completely unacceptable service.
