He is very caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and ethical. He had a very pragmatic and thoughtful recommendation, and described well pros and cons of different approaches to my issue. We also worked on a cost estimate, which was very helpful as some of procedures are not fully covered by insurance. I trust his opinion wholeheartedly, and he is one of the few professionals I met who will really look out for you. It is not easy these days, in my experience, to find an excellent professional who does not upsell/ recommend expensive procedures you don't really need. Dr. Scheweiss is that rare find!

Dr Iannce is the only person I would trust with such serious surgery! He has done a 1 other implants before for me AND is the only one who knows how to do it gently. Armed with patience and an able bodied team (Kaitlyn; Joanna; Maria & others ), I was comforted and escorted to a chair where a machine took special ex-rays of my entire mouth. Remarks were made as to the status of some other teeth AND ...I was informed that a temporary bridge' would be ordered to replace the crown. I felt confident and fully trust Dr Iannace! So, I did not know what to expect with Dr. Sandak and I was very anxious. My first encounter was to schedule the appointment. The receptionist was very professional on the phone. I explained my issues and I was able to get an appointment in two days. Was very accommodating of my schedule. Dr. Sandak's office had recently undergone a renovation. My first impression of the waiting area, was very warm, welcoming and professional. Staff at front desk greeted me with smiles and explained what steps would occur during my visit there. Filled out forms, etc. (they have really nice pens!). The Office Manager Krystal, explained financial obligations, etc. Dr. Sandak, introduced himself and offered a firm handshake. I found he has a personality that puts you at ease. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I explained if he spoke with my referring dentist, he stated he had and was up to speed on my problem. From the beginning of the exam, to the treatment and aftercare instructions, Dr. Sandak and his staff (in the front and in the exam room), answered my questions, took my concerns into account and treated me with respect. Dr. Sandak even called me 9:00 pm that night to see how I was doing!!! This really "blew" me away!! Nice touch to a stressful situation. After a negative experience with a different office I found Dr. Suh and his team. From my first experience I knew I had found my dentist, here's why. 1. Clean, modern office. 2. Straightforward billing- at the start of your appointment you're told what to expect as far as billing goes (no surprise bills in the mail!) 3. It doesn't feel like Dr. Suh and his team are selling you anything- after your cleaning, he comes in, does a thorough check, asks you questions if something looks off and will tell you if it's something that needs treatment right away or not. He will explain, answer questions and show you on the monitor in the exam room what you need to know. HUGE brownie points for that. As a new patient they were thorough in asking how comfortable I am with dentist visits- I'm an oddball who actually enjoys dentist appointments- rest assured they will make sure you're as comfortable as possible. The detail that goes in to each visit is much appreciated by this over thinker. You get glasses to protect your eyes from any flying bits during your appointment. There's a small monitor if there's a program you want to catch up on. During the recent pandemic, machines to keep air particles to a minimum (something like that) were brought in to give everyone peace of mind. When scheduling, I made it very clear that I would need nitrous due to dental anxiety. After arriving, I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to finally be told by the receptionist--without any empathy--that I couldn't have nitrous because they had "used the last of the oxygen." This is not a small oversight. For patients with anxiety, this kind of preparation and communication is essential. To wait that long, after traveling and arranging childcare for a newborn, only to be dismissed so casually is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you experience dental anxiety and rely on accommodations like nitrous, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This office does not seem equipped to handle those needs with the care or consideration they require.

Then said she will give me a call back by end of day or Friday morning the latest because she was going to check the appointment book. I told her that was fine and would wait on her call.
