The associates are nice and I always get a smile at the register when checkig out, Not to mention though you can use self checkout when in a rush, They tend to have more cashiers working then the other sotres so you always have the option with a pretty short wait time.

My son really loves the dark choclate truffle bomb they serve, and my favorite are the mississippi mudcake brownies they have in the bakery as well, My daughter absolutley loves the Asiago rolls they serve. We have never been disappointmed by this location.

The rudeness of the employees at Walmart astounds me! I visited today and was walking along the…read moreaisles when an employee came through with one of the big machines carrying merchandise. She was stopping for no one and nearly ran me over! I had to jump out of the way or I would have been injured. I said, "You nearly hit me!" The employee stopped, glared down at me and snapped, "What did you say?" Like it was my fault! This has been a frequent problem at this store with the employees just barging through the store with their shopping carts or merchandise and then they act like the customer is at fault.

The place is clean if not a little cluttered. It's a nice place but the prices are ridiculous. There are shops in downtown Owosso that feature many of the same type of items that charge way less. Also the owner isn't always open and the hours seem sporadic and based on her personal schedule. I won't be back, there are other places to get unique gifts and pay a lot less.
