AGM Gibson is retaliating against employees by writing employees up for using their earned sick time under Michigan State Law! This is illegal! Update even tho James Gibson broke state law Kroger chooses to still employ him and why? Because they don't care about the law.
Kroger FC10 is now cutting employees hours right after the employees voted in the first contract. FC10 management is so retaliatory that they will try to eliminate jobs out spite. Not because there's no business, because they want to harass employees. James Gibson AGM, Jame Banks Supervisor both at FC10 are teaming up to retaliate and harass employees.
Kroger's fulfillment center in #RomulusMI is doing just that, breaking the law! The retaliation from Kroger makes this a hostile work place and toxic.
