Heyyyyy family!!!! I missed you l.... Unfortunately I have to give this review and I am saddened because I drove 15 HOURS to get here. First let me say... I was rather surprised at how this store has changed. The customer service isn't as AWESOME as it use to be when I lived here. There are no more greetings and no more smiling face. Makes me sad! Let me start out by saying the location has others stores around it so there is a REALLY great Chinese food restaurant t next to it that I use to ALWAYS go to. They are so kind and friendly in there but back to the story at hand. Some of the aisle don't even have a sign and I had to ask where the dog stuff was located. Then I went to customer service and waited for someone to help. After a while I am told basically NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE NEXT 2 HOURS!! WOW that's I find to be crazy so you can't get any help for 2 hours. Nope nope nope that is NOT what I call customer service and mind you it wasn't extremely busy but ok I won't come back to this location EVER again and mind you when I order food for my mother .... This location ALWAYS get her order wrong. I should know better. The chain is normally wonderful. I am surprised by this one!!

Parking spot for ClickList...just drive around back and call them

UPDATE: I have to update my previous review for the ClickList service. I used this again this week for my grocery shopping, and my bank card was charged $192.73, but my total bill was just $139.14. I called Kroger customer service the very next day and I was told it would be corrected by the following day, which would be within 48 hours after my purchase. It was not corrected by Kroger. I was overcharged over $50. My bank, USAA, is disputing it and I'm sure it will be resolved, BUT ~~~in the long run, I won't trust the Kroger ClickList to be reliable again. I must also mention that when I used ClickList last week, my receipt total was $186.72. My bank account was only charged $184.85. I don't consider this to my advantage, it messes up my check register!! I didn't notice this difference until last night, so now I'll have another thing to deal with because Kroger didn't charge my bank what my grocery receipt said for the groceries I received. I've used ClickList TWICE, and both times Kroger didn't charge my bank the amount on the receipt. Needless to say, I no longer recommend this service to anyone and my previous 5 star rating goes down to a 1 star. I'll shop for myself, and it will no longer be at a Kroger.

Horrible check out service. I spend at least $350 per week at this store. The checkout women are so rude.

It's amazing: freshness, quality, and taste. We generally do about 2-3 big orders a month. Here's a general list: GRASS-FED BEEFS: -filet mignon -ribeye -sirloin -New York strip -tri-tip -beef rib slabs -ground beef All great!! Usually do about 4-6 of each, every time we order. GRAIN FED: -wagyu short ribs -wagyu tri tip Both very tasty! PORK: -3/4" pork chops in packs of two (we eat these once a week, so good!!) -2" pork chops on our hungrier days are great -spare ribs -baby back ribs We love and enjoy all their ribs. Seafood: -salmon (I wish they were a bit larger but it was good) -gulf shrimps (my fav from here, they're big and we usually grab about 3-4 bags each purchase) Last time we came the owner wasn't there but I believe his daughter and her bf were. I'm not sure if there's a difference but each filets I added on were different price and they charged me $17-$20 each one. I don't remember paying that much for them before but maybe it's something new. Besides that customer service is always great. The bbq seasonings, steak seasonings, and their bbq sauce are pretty delicious as well.

I wanted to pick up just a few items and I went to the the two places that were on my way home and the other spot was smaller, the prices slightly higher and service was less than attentive. New Koa is larger, a better value and within minutes of me walking in a gentleman came to ask if I needed help with anything. I came away with a sriracha, sesame oil, a small jar of kimchi and since I was hungry got a tray of gimbap and a pomegranate flavored aloe juice for twenty bucks and some change, not a bad haul. I wandered around a little bit and on top of the food items there's also a section of mostly Korean flatware and even clothing. This will be where my Asian shopping needs will be met when I am in need.

Traditional fillings for kimbap include seasoned vegetables, egg, meat, and/or imitation crab, but these days anything goes. Korean Kimbap in this store had fish, radish, carrot, and spinach. $5.99 - very affordable! It was delicious! The reviews on this store were stellar. The options were wonderful here. I got four different types of ramen. Homemade kimchi and radishes in mason jars were a delight. Prices were cheap to moderate. I spent $30 here quick. I will definitely come back again.

It's a really small storefront and there's a lot of clutter and a small spot in the back where it looks like they still rent out Korean videos. The prices seem a little higher than down the street but the real season I'm giving it such low stars is that I don't think the owners even knew I was there-or at least didn't act like it. I pulled in and there were two Korean ladies talking while one was rearranging vegetables and didn't get a word of acknowledgment-that's fine, used to the level of 'Korean' service and brushed it off as cultural, but I went down one aisle-one of just two mind you, I didn't get any response as I looked at items. I turned around, walked out and the veggie arranger was not behind the counter but I don't think she noticed me leaving, in retrospect I probably should have walked out with a big jar of kimchi since her friend out front had left and I don't think it would have registered-both my visit or the disappearance of her stock until much, much later. The extra star is that they had smaller bottles of Sriracha in stock.
