This Kroger sold me sliced meat which was TWO WEEKS PAST ITS 'USE BY 10/31/23' DATE!! (Purchased online 11/13). This happens often enough with lousy produce selected for me. I'm sick of it!! Threw all of this package out. Furious, because I'm a regular there. I pay like a champ and I don't deserve this poor level of service!!! Service and selection that could have made me seriously I'll!!! Walmart is rebuilding their pickup in Bryant. I'll wager THEY don't do this?? Guess I should bring all my business there? My 82 y/o mom drove to Kroger for gas, then realized she had left her purse at home. The gas station worker, Stephen, loaned his phone - she called my sister, went to voice mail. She scraped together all the coins in the car - $2.64. Not enough for a gallon of gas. I took my coins to Stephen and asked if that was enough to buy some gas - the car would run a long way on just a smidgen. He said I will buy you $5 worth with own money. He did, and I went home, got my purse, and took back a twenty. He took his $5 back and refused the rest. He said, "Just pass it on." That made my day. This was special. Huge store with something for everyone. However, that something needs to be in stock if you're going to get it. Have been here 2x in the last two days; granted the day before Christmas and then Christmas Eve, but the place is seriously lacking. Came here back in the Summer and they had the same issues. My guess is the neighborhood is too large and this Kroger has so many SKU's that they just can't keep up. Maybe next visit to Arkansas will be different read more

This Kroger is HORRIBLE. this is the second time I've sat in pickup waiting for my order for over an hour. Why am I paying the fee for pickup if I could've shopped for my items within 10 minutes? Completely ridiculous. Also all of their fruit is moldy or squished. An hour of someone's time after a 12 hour shift can mean missing bedtimes & dinner. That's really upsetting. read more

This is a great grocery store that has just about everything you could want, but it has a big problem and I'l get that out of the way first. The place leaks when it rains. It is not cool to go grocery shopping and have to step around five gallon buckets that are thrown here and there throughout the store to collect water. I don't know what the problem is because this is a new store in the area because it was built like two years ago. Perhaps there are some design flaws that need to be addressed. The rain is also a problem because there are tarps thrown over the greeting cards when it rains and that means that picking out a card for my aunt's birthday the other day was a chore. Sure, I could have grabbed a card at another store, but I shop at this Kroger because it has everything. If you can avoid the place on a rainy day, it is great. You get the standard stuff that every grocery store has, but you also get a great wine section, a solid deli counter, fresh made sushi that is a lot better than you might think and a cheese section that is extensive and full of imports. The store is huge and is pretty convenient. Heck, they even sell clothes here if you want to buy some! Another drawback is that they have a lot of employees going around the store and shopping for customers. They have a service where you can send in an order and Kroger employees will fill it and have groceries ready for you when you get to the store. That is a great service, but it means there are a lot of employees in the way when people are trying to shop and a lot fewer people to bag groceries up front. All those complaints are minor, though. Kroger is very busy and with good reason. The place has everything you could want in a grocery store. read more

This Kroger is always extremely clean and the workers are friendly and welcoming. The butcher shop is top notch too. I love going in there and buying a prime rib roast- the butchers do an outstanding job of deboning and tying the ribs back. I have yet to have a bad cut of meat which tells me that the butchers are really paying attention to quality. Since they added the pick up area, I have not found where they have moved the clearance rack- it seems they may not have a designated place anymore as I find a lot of hot deals hidden throughout the store. The way they remodeled the produce area has really opened the store up and made it even more welcoming. This is the best Kroger I have found in the metro Little Rock area. They have a Starbucks inside too! Definitely would recommend this Kroger marketplace. read more

They cancelled all grocery pick up orders on Halloween according to their customer service line. I placed mine at 2:30 the previous day and they didn't bother to ask if I was okay with my time being pushed back instead of cancelling it after nearly 24 hrs of waiting. Also, when I placed the order all morning slots were still open. read more

I am in this Kroger on a weekly basis and they are fantastic. The store is well kept, the employees are very helpful, and the Starbucks is a plus. I love this store! read more

Please clean your bathrooms. I was completely grossed out by the stench. Invest in a good power washer. Wiping things down with a wet cloth is not working for you. It has been months since I visited your store. Last time i was there, opened the door to the bathroom could not even enter. How does a nasty bathroom contribute to Kroger selling more food? read more
