He had already had a hectic morning but with such professionalism he took her straight into surgery to fix her wounds. His team contacted us to give us an update. We called the two local vets in our town and it was going to be weeks or a month or more to be seen and just for vaccinations. We are very thankful for Dr. Cramer and his staff for getting us in the same day. We had an injury happen to one of our dogs and they got us right in and we were also able to get a laser treatment for him. Laser treatment is something that isn't available in our town. Then when I went ro retrieve my Butter Cup a Chow Mix she cut her up and stuck her in a box that there was NO way my dog would of fit in unless she chopped her up into pieces. I was so mortified and couldn't bring myself to open that box. She even demanded payment. I should of sued her but that would NOT of brought my beloved dog back. I wasn't thrilled at having to visit a new vet so fast but I just picked this one. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The vet asked a lot of questions and was very personable with me and my older cat. I was told Parsons vets were high priced the the price (keep in mind I just moved from Texas) was lower than I anticipated. I think I found my new permanent vet.
