I meet with here a week before my procedure; she laid out all my options in a clear way i could understand. her bedside manor phenomenal! I knew exactly what was going to happen, how it was going to happen, and what would be done if any complications were to happen during the procedure. (Which i had zero complications) She listed out my options and had pricing available before any choices were made and completely understood how it would work with my insurance. I cannot stress enough i will go out of my way for my wife and kids to be coming to this place. She even referenced a book i was listening too Dungeon Crawler Carl.. Staff are friendly, welcoming, highly competent and sensitive about your comfort. Kelsey is a superb hygientist and Dr. M is the best dentist I have seen out of many over my time. Today, my son had 3 teeth partially knocked out from a basketball injury. It was after 5:00pm when I called Dr. Winn. He did not hesitate to tell me to bring my son right in, even though I know his family had plans. When I arrived, the team was ready to go, welcoming my son and getting him comfortable. Dr. Winn's wife is also a dentist and the two of them worked together to save my son's teeth. They were so knowledgeable, patient and caring. The support staff was very professional and never once made me feel like I was keeping them at work late. I cannot say enough great things about this team and would highly recommend to anyone.

My daughter needed an appointment but the person on the phone said the her ped wasn't taking anyone for the rest of the day and didn't know when she would be open again. She recommended we go to PH UC so we did. I did file a complaint already with financial services (so that is done) and the pediatrician called me back to find out what happened and has already put in notes about the experience so it hopefully doesn't happen again. The snobby lady at the front desk with short blonde/white hair (old woman on first floor) got up from her desk when I was trying to check my daughter (after she cut me off several times) in to UC. The other lady (younger, long hair and nice) was checking me in after the crabtree left the desk. Then the old bag brought back someone from administration that repeated herself like a broken record with every question I asked. She was completely coached and wasn't even answering my question. They must be worried I will sue them, I would sure like to. I did video all of it. It was so disgusting how my daughter was treated and spoken to by the appointment coordinator. Anyway, we ended up going out to the car and skipping UC. For kicks, I tried calling pediatrics again and got AN APPOINTMENT literally minutes later since I was in the parking lot. We walked right up there and got checked in no problem. That lady on the first floor made a mountain out of a mole hill. Just do your damn job; pandemic crap is hard enough as it is. Stop the power trip already lady. If I find out her name I will be posting it here later.
