I can not recommend this law firm. They represented my wife and I in a travel trailer lawsuit…read moreagainst the manufacturer. Our attorney, Mr. Kaleel gave us one story when we filed our case and then kept telling us how our case was not worth what we were seeking when it came time to talk settling or filing a lawsuit. Mr. Kaleel drug his feet on our case when it was set for court over a year out. He made numerous statements of action he was going to take on our case but, in the end, failed to take any action. He basically allowed our case to sit without getting an expert inspection or doing any discovery. Often time's we went months without hearing from Mr. Kaleel. I would email him, and on many occasions, he was not in the office or out sick. Due to the many missteps in our case, my wife and I felt pressured to settle our case by Mr. Kaleel. All of a sudden, he started pointing out issues that he had never mentioned before, even after lengthy discussion. He then told us that we didn't have inspections we needed or an expert opinion because the one he used previously didn't respond. He stated we needed these to help solidify our case. These items were never obtained by Mr. Kaleel, even though they would have helped our case. This was after we had a year to get all this done. We ended up settling for over a quarter less than what we were seeking, and our travel trailer still has not been repaired. My wife and I truly feel like this was a result of the handling of our case by Mr. Kaleel. He failed to do his due diligence in obtaining expert opinions as well as a determination of value on our travel trailer as a result of the manufacturers' issues when the trailer was manufactured. He failed to prepare us to pursue a trial if the manufacturer didn't settle close to the amount we were seeking. Mr. Kaleel was only looking to settle our case and therefore failed to use diligence in preparing our case for trial. As a result, we were forced to settle because our case was not ready for trial even though we were given a year or more to prepare. We were left with no option but to settle.

I honestly don't have the words to fully describe how exceptional Adam Stout is as an attorney…read more From start to finish, he was the person you hope is in your corner when you're facing any kind of legal situation. Adam didn't just "take my case." He took the time to understand my entire life context, explain every option, and include me in every decision. I never felt in the dark--he kept me so informed it felt like I was sitting at the table as a second lawyer. He laid out the groundwork clearly, built a smart game plan with my input, and then led the way to a successful outcome. No one wants to be in a position where they need a lawyer, but when I did, Adam showed up ready to fight for me. He was involved at a level that felt more like family than just hired counsel--direct, honest, and 100% invested. He's a straight shooter, not someone who dances around the truth, and it's obvious he's a master of the law who uses his knowledge to genuinely help people when they need it most. If you are fortunate enough to be within reach of Adam Stout, don't hesitate. Call him. You'll be grateful you did.

I was going to hire Adam Stout as a defense attorney as a recommendation from a friend . He seemed…read moreok at first. Sold him self as a salesman (his words) should. I asked him to make 1 (one) phone call prior to us meeting. I offered to go ahead and pay him part of the down payment agreement for the phone call. (Good faith) He said would make the call but did not want payment until we met in person. It's a good thing he did not take the $ because he did not do what he said he would. However, I did not find out from him the phone call was never made. I conveyed to his partner I'm sure there was reason for this. All I did was ask for better communication in writing to his partner I even defended him to a set of his previous disgruntled clients. When I explained my thoughts to his partner asking for better communication he did not act as a professional However, he did finally call only to inform me he could not be my attorney. I am so fortunate that I did not give him the 1st $2500.00 of the $5000.00 he was charging. I don't think it's much to ask a "professional" to communicate. After all the previous clients I defended him to stated he is not good at communicating. Unfortunately they were correct. Even though he wasted 24 hrs of my time I am glad this happened. I feel fate stepped in the way of me making a bad mistake. I don't feel 2 stars is a correct review but 3 is to much and they don't have 1/2 stars
