I filled out the form, where it asked you things like what color font, what color trim, when do you need the cake to be ready by, what do you want written on the cake, etc. It's helpful because the different cake sizes and flavor combinations are clearly labeled. My cake was for a birthday party so I went with the larger sheet cake option. Once I filled out the form, I spoke with the baker who was decorating cakes behind the counter, and confirmed with her that I'd like to have the cake ready for pick up the next day at 4pm. So easy. The cake was ready at my pick up time, exactly how I described, and it was delicious! So fresh.

Nope. 2 weeks to return a knowingly bad product. Again, I am fighting for a new vape. It s only $36 ( which actually is a lot of money for me these days, sadly). Of course, no owner was there on site to try and retain a customer. I told them they were going to lose a long time customer. And of course, they cared about as much as anyone working some retail job. All over $36 ( or around that price). That speaks volumes. Mark my words: They will be gone in a few years. Literally YEARS... I had three bracelets and I wore one of them 9 years ago to a wedding, and I have no idea about the other two. I learned a lot about diamonds and gold while I was there, and Dave gave me some suggestions as well as a price for the others. I had no doubt that this was a good deal and there was no pressure to sell (which you may get elsewhere). I left with my money, keeping two items for now and will keep them under consideration. There is parking right out front, and they are open Monday - Saturday. Dave is great and I met his son as well, nice guys who have been doing business in Newton for decades!
