Chicken Wings: slow smoked, then finished in the deep fryer. Tasty, but a strong smoke flavor. Pork and Beef Sausage: the pork is good. The beef is fantastic. Spicy BBQ sauce: I'm usually not a sauce guy, but this was good. A sweet base, with black pepper and a spicy kick. Macaroni and Cheese: Good, but probably my least favorite thing. There's a definite sweetness in the cheese sauce. Not bad, but not really what I'm looking for. Cole Slaw: Straight forward, but with a strong vinegar flavor. The acidity was nice against the sweetness in many of the other items. Ok, People of Cleveland, you need to take care of this place. One or two visits a week by everyone in town should do the job.
