I warned the tech that the inner tie rod end boot is clamped on tight from the factory and he would likely have to grease it so it doesn't spin and twist up. He acknowledged my concern and proceeded to do the work, the first thing I noticed is he failed to check the tire pressure before starting, after he finished I paid for the service and took the car home. Upon inspection of the tie rods I noticed the boot was twisted up several times, the inner tie rod is marred up from an slipping oversized wrench and ontop of all the the alignment is slightly off!! When confronted they offered to repair their mistakes but I declined as I didn't want them anywhere near my vehicle again! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR!
