After paying $2,300.00 and submitting all requested documentation, I was initially advised that I could file for Chapter 7. Weeks later, I was informed this was incorrect due to an error by Mr. Griffin, and that I would not be eligible for Chapter 7 until December 2026. Had this been communicated accurately at the outset, I would have waited to file. Following legal advice from this office, I ceased all debt payments, yet my case saw no movement for months while I faced daily harassment from creditors. Furthermore, there have been significant administrative failures, including: - Lack of Communication: My requests for refunds went unanswered until a filing was suddenly initiated. Mr. Griffin has been consistently unavailable for scheduled meetings and calls. - Privacy Breaches: I was sent documents containing other clients' private information to sign. - Procedural Errors: During our court appearance, the trustee noted that my bank statements were missing, despite my having provided them to your office. This resulted in my case being submitted for dismissal. Now my vehicle is in jeopardy of being taken due to non-payment by the trustee because my case is not final so all payments are in limbo. Most recently, during a scheduled call that Mr. Griffin was late for, he was unprofessional and verbally abusive. He shouted at me, insulted me, and stated that I could represent myself when I attempted to ask questions about my case. Given the lack of professional conduct, the errors in filing, and the disrespectful treatment I have received, I am seeking a refund of my fees.
