Mr Brodsky initially consulted with me in person for over an hour, listened to what I was saying,…read moreasked questions and took detailed notes....he even offered to buy me lunch. One of the first things he told me in his thick east coast accent was 'Call me Steve'. He was very personal and I also liked the fact that Steve had a Military background. Every other defense attorney in the area only wanted to give me 5 minutes on the phone before dropping a retainer price and refusing to go any further. Steve answered his phone every time I called him throughout my case, and also kept in close touch over email and text. I have only dealt with one lawyer in the past, but this was certainly not the case in my previous experience. Mr Brodsky actually cared. Without going into too many details, the end result of my case was very satisfying and I am happy with the way Mr Brodsky represented me through one of the scariest times of my life. I would definitely encourage people in his area to consult with him with their legal matters. Thanks Steve!

Worked with Thomas on a couple of family projects. The first…read moreproject was started by another attorney, who ended up dragging out the case and leaving gaps in the paperwork. Thomas, had to sift through the paperwork under tight time constraints to get things moving in the right direction. The second was simpler, even though we had to take a different approach, that I didn't expect. With the exception of the nature of the business, it was a good experience, and I'm thankful it's all over. Definitely will do business with Thomas again.

I put my life in the hands of my attorney, Sean Hobson and he went above and beyond in representing me in court. Since I am living in Los Angeles and my case is in San Diego, I did not have to miss out on work for they made it convenient to represent me on my court days. This is my first experience having a lawyer and Sean made the process very easy from the start. He was understanding, cooperative, and informative with my case. I felt like he had my best interest at heart throughout the process with each decision we made. Now that the case is closed and I'm at out the other side, I can honestly say it was worth every penny coming to Premier Criminal Defense for I was well represented. If you have any anxiety about what the future holds in your case, take a deep breath and look no further. You will be in good hands with Premier Criminal Defense. Reach out to them and they will work with you to set up a payment plan to get you started on getting your life back! I'm sure they will do a good job. (Also I recommend Sean Hobson.)

I have been in a high conflict divorce for almost 4 years now. Mr. Freed has been my sole attorney…read morethe entire time. He is very meticulous. The exhibits for my final trial alone were over 2000 pages long. This guy leaves out no detail, which is very important, because throughout the entire case he was able to counter and subdue opposing counsel with these details. This case felt like the story of the tortoise and the hare. Mr. Freed is totally the tortoise, do not be dismayed by his tactics, do not think that he is slow. He is closing in on the enemy, he is setting the traps. He is brilliant, let him do his job. Case in point: I wanted a restraining order against my ex-husband. I got the temporary restraining order and then we went to trial. Mr. Freed tried to settle with opposing counsel before the trial by offering a 1 year restraining order. Opposing counsel laughed in his face and said his client's TRO would be ending today in court, and his client would not be getting a restraining order at all. My badass lawyer, Mr. Freed, strolled in there and got me a 3 year restraining order against my ex-husband! Another example, my ex lied about his income over and over, Mr. Freed got a forensic accountant to confirm that my ex made almost twice as much as he claimed. My ex still refused to pay his court ordered child support and alimony, and because he purposely was trying to drag out the case, Mr. Freed got the judge to order him to reimburse me $100,000 in legal fees. Of course my ex didn't reimburse me, so as the support arrears and legal fines kept adding up, Mr. Freed fought to get me my ex-husband's 25% stake in an office building, which was actually worth more than what my ex owed me. Guess what? Mr. Freed got it for me! So if you know that you're dealing with a narcissist who is going to fight you endlessly, then you need Mr. Freed. He's in it for the long haul. Also, his assistant, Kathy, runs a tight ship, she is on top of everything and is also detail oriented, and just a super nice person in general.
