I was very impressed the first time i saw them at the balloon fiesta at their fantastic stands. They were so friendly and told me everything I wanted to know about their studio, prices, etc...so i decided to give them a go! Their studio is very modern, and the photographers made all my family feel at ease, including dad. They are so good with the kids and always get them to smile! They even took us outside the studio for some photos in the courtyards, using the flowers and anything around it to create some amazing shots. You can tell that they know exactly what to do and how to do it. The photographs at the end are so beautiful and full of life. They got some fantastic shots of my kids. I recommend Epic Photography 100%. These guys are so talented and you will not find a studio like this anywhere else in Bristol.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Unfortunately we chose Andrew as our photographer, we'd seen…read morehis work but what we received was nothing like the albums he'd shown us. He arrived on the day and was rude to family and suppliers and also made inappropriate comments to young female guests about 'only fans' which they were upset and grossed out by. He left without telling us meaning we didn't get the sparkler shot we'd discussed with him. We could have dealt with all of this if the pictures we'd received back had been of a good quality but they were awful. We showed them to 2 independent photographers who agreed (as well as friends and family) that they were of poor quality and not inline with the work he shows online. We cannot understand the 5* reviews given ours and our guests experience. We made a formal complaint and thankfully got money back but it really doesn't make up for the upset and stress caused. On top of that Andrew just wouldn't accept our points and the points of other professionals. It was everything from lighting, positioning, obstructions, poor photoshopping people out of couples portraits, blurring as well... I could go on.

The films were taken by my husband's father during the time the family lived in Singapore and the DVD was a surprise birthday present for my husband, who was delighted to be able to relive the years from the age of 11 to 16 years when he was in the far east. Bob had enhanced the colour a bit and had tidied it all up and the resultant DVD was great so thanks Bob

Zzzone Studios can be spotted by their ever changing photographic displays in the window. Some of…read morethem are really very good, and this is what prompted me to take a trip inside. They specialise in family photo shoots, but can do more artistic shots if you are looking for something a bit different. Unlike more established studios, you have to pay for a makeover here which is £49. You do get one photo with this, but I do think its a little steep for just one picture. The quality of the products appear very good, but do expect to pay a little more than most studios.
