I recently made a cross-country trip and while traveling in Missouri, I had an incident with a deer…read morethat ran off after being hit. There was no blood and the car appeared to be fine, so I continued on only to discover the AC was no longer working. I still had about a four hour drive to my destination in Iowa, so I stopped at an Auto Zone and was able to confirm the fans were working and I was okay to drive without fear of the engine overheating. I just would not have any air conditioning. The weather was stifling and after Iowa I would be headed south. I arrived in Iowa on Sunday evening and stopped at Xpert Automotive on Monday morning to see about a repair. They confirmed the condenser was damaged and were apologetic that they would not be able to make the repair during my stay. There was an attempt to see about other shop options and when it was obvious there were none, they had a consult. After a brief period of time I was told they would be able to obtain the part later that day (Monday) and would work on the car after hours so I would be able to have it back on Tuesday WITH AC. I was so very grateful for their kindness! I was able to still make most of the visits I had planned on Monday before having to drop off the car and was also able to continue my visits on Tuesday after getting the car back. They dropped me off and picked me up at the hotel where I was staying as well. I know it was a sacrifice for them and feel they truly went above and beyond in their care of me and my vehicle in the situation I found myself in at the time. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!! Now that I am finally home after a month on the road, I can see the incredible blessing of the kindness of these people who were strangers and I can now call friends!

This is one of the worst places to take your vehicle to be fixed. I took my truck in for a leak…read moresaid it was the valve so they fixed that. The next morning same tire was flat. Took it back they fixed it again. About 3 days later my truck was making noise. My husband said bring it to goodyear so I dropped it off my husband went in and talked to a guy they went out to look at my truck. Well T.O forgot to tighten my lug nuts I had 3 left holding my tire on and they weren't even hand tight. My husband lost his mind. T.O didn't know who worked on my truck because they don't file any paperwork. He told my husband that he couldn't promise that it wouldn't happen again but he couldn't. Me and my child travle down Argyle road all the time.
