But the next day after my C section some lady comes and grabs me to take me to a different location. I literally am 12 hours out of surgery and she grabs my bed and starts rolling me while she is bumping into stuff. They place me in a shared room even if I qualified for a private room. The nurse spoke no English and I asked if I can have a English or Spanish speaking nurse and nothing. They did not let my partner stay with me and was only allowed to come for visitor hours. I could barely walk or grab my newborn since my incisions were fresh but the nurses didn't help. I asked if I could please just go home since I needed help and was on the verge of a breakdown and they said no because they needed to monitor my baby which they didn't do all days took him at midnight for 2 minutes and brought him back and said everything was okay. I could definitely say it was the worst and traumatic experience of my life. If you are looking for a good recovery after labor this is not the location to go to mostly for non German speaking people. I wouldn't want others to go on what I went through.

Staff in the ER were the rudest people I have ever met!(except for the sweet lady at the front desk) we waited almost 3hrs. 5 people came in with complaints that were on par with my husband's sinus problem. All were taken in almost immediately. When I was finally able to question one of the medical staff she responded that there were more serious issues that needed to be seen, and we would just have to wait! Nope lady and we walked out ! Wish I could give it negative 5 stars !!! The one star was only so I could post the review!!!

I needed to take several breaks to rest my arms and/or catch my breath. When I first got out of surgery, I went downstairs to the food court area (which is small). But by the time I got there, I dreaded the trek back to the car. It's almost a labyrinth to navigate through. Overall, the service and staff have been 5-star caliber. But the building's layout and lack of wheelchairs for use inside really hamper the experience for someone who struggles to get around.
