This undoubtedly the sorriest ER in all of Germany We were on a cruise and my husband got a sinus…read moreinfection. It was too late to book a Dr. S office by the time we docked so it was off to the ER . Staff in the ER were the rudest people I have ever met!(except for the sweet lady at the front desk) we waited almost 3hrs. 5 people came in with complaints that were on par with my husband's sinus problem. All were taken in almost immediately. When I was finally able to question one of the medical staff she responded that there were more serious issues that needed to be seen, and we would just have to wait! Nope lady and we walked out ! Wish I could give it negative 5 stars !!! The one star was only so I could post the review!!!
