For the last few months, I've been working through line items related to my late Father's Estate. One task was to value the summer-only Cabin on Spirit Lake, which Mom and Dad purchased in 1970. That appraisal was important to establish the new value basis for the cabin for inheritance and future sale purpose. I was referred to Todd Kramer by a local Real Estate agent (thanks Jessica!) who she described as knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. All true and with the appraisal done in a timely and professional manner. I also felt that it was a very good value for the money. read more

And when I think of Gayle or my son, there are so many special occasions to consider!
