Construction crew performs the work in the same manner. They know what they're doing, and get the job done quickly with no hassles, and very little work on your part. If you have any extra input or requirements, it's no problem and they will fulfill them also. I had a minor request to replace a bent siding corner piece on the house. It didn't get done when the main work was performed, but was surprised that they made a special trip the next day just to replace it, since they had to fabricate that piece at the shop. They will certainly fulfill your needs to your complete satisfaction, with very little work/requirements on your part.

They…read moretore out and installed a new front porch floor and decking on my home but didn't perform the work per the manufacturing guidelines of the products they installed. The porch doesn't have the proper slope for water shed and since they didn't seal the decking product they installed, the boards retained moisture, swelled up and buckled. The porch has been off limits for over two years because the company won't come back to fix their mistakes. Its a trip hazard and the warped boards are popping the siding. I also had gutters replaced on the house and unfortunately J-Tech had problems with their bending machine and the gutters still aren't right. A few months after they installed the gutters and downspouts, a section of downspout on the front of the house, fell off. There were two machine screws holding the section on. J-Tech hired a local sub to remove and replace a section of concrete patio on the West side of my house. The sub contractor framed the concrete in such a manor that the water pools in the center and runs back towards the house. This was an issue that was brought up well before the completion date of the projects on my home and stills remains an issue over two years later. Just recently in the past few weeks, I had a sub contractor that J-Tech hired, show up at my front door demanding payment because they were never payed by J-Tech. The sub contractor said he was going to put a lien on my house because of never getting payed. I pointed down to the front porch floor and said I was having trouble getting them to fix the issues of many things they had completed. I've been restoring the family homestead for almost 30 years and this was a horrible experience with J-Tech Construction that I wished I would never had agreed upon. A large sum of money was payed for work that will have to be redone. Let the buyer be aware and always check references.

So I suppose the jury is still technically out on whether or not the leak is completely fixed, but I will say that I enjoyed working with them, finding them responsive and consistent in their responses to questions & emails, and the cost of the work was not out of line. I have already asked them to do an additional small project and will have them quote me soon on a substantially larger project, which is a recommendation in itself.

After I submitted a service request on Yelp, Juan contacted me almost immediately and had everything scheduled for the very next day. Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Thank you, ProGrade Exteriors, for your amazing service, professionalism, fair pricing, and INTEGRITY. If you're looking for reliable contractors who are efficient, honest, and not out to scam people, look no further -- these are the guys to call!

One contractor came over on a Thursday and promised us a bid the following week, but over a week -- and several big rainstorms -- went by without any communication from him. Then Juan from Prograde called me a second time to make sure we had found someone to replace or fix the skylight. When he learned that we hadn't, he sent David and a co-worker over to our house that very afternoon to assess the situation. David promised he could replace the skylight the following day -- a Saturday! -- at a very reasonable price. True to his word, David called Saturday morning to tell us that he and his crew would arrive as soon as the rain let up enough to allow them on the roof. They started about 10:00 and the job was done, professionally and neatly, in under two hours. These guy are terrific! Give them a try!

However, it took 5 months from estimate to them being completed, mostly due to misordering on the office end (I was told that person no longer works there). 6 items were ordered wrong on the office side and the estimator didn't correctly write down a door we specifically wanted. However, Ryder has great customer service skills and kept us very in the loop through the install process which made everything much more smooth. Although lots of patience was required (and the installers aren't really morning people), the end result is wonderful and we would use them for future work.
