Summer of 2010 I contacted Ryan Elpers of Kraft Nurseries regarding repair of my water garden leak, it was to be done in the fall. In mid November day came to repair my pond, the temperature was 38 degrees. The second day was the same but with one inch of rain. They carme without all of the needed equipment which I ended up providing. I paid the pond bill of approximately $3000.00 and 10 days later, Thanksgiving Day, the water level had fallen to almost half. They did not respond to phone calls or letters. All winter two hours of water needed to be added every other day as well as the expensive chemicals. November 7, 2011 in Vanderburgh County Small Claims Court I received a settlement of $1593.31.
