Be forewarned! Buying a home from KP Premier Realty means the buyer is going to have to come up with a lot more money out of pocket than a traditional sale. KPPR is trying start a new trend of selling homes by contracting sellers to list with them and putting a clause into their contract that forces BUYERS to pay the selling agent's fee of 5% of the selling price of the home. So, if you purchase a home for $100,000, you'll need to come up with $5,000 out of your own pocket to pay the seller's agent. That doesn't include your closing costs, down payment or other expenses. It also doesn't include paying your OWN agent's commission! That's right, the buyer of a home with KPPR has to pay all agent's commission out of pocket on many of their listed properties. Make sure you are aware of this before you sign anything with them!
