Despite completing all required payments and providing the necessary information, the work was never completed, and communication became increasingly limited. The lack of progress and professional clarity led to her removal from any involvement with the business. What raised even greater concern was discovering, later on, during the beginning of my divorce process, that she reappeared representing my husband in matters connected to the same business for which I had initially hired her. From my perspective as the original client in this context, this created an obvious professional conflict of interest and completely eroded any trust I had left. My experience consists of payments without results, lack of follow-through, and professional decisions that I consider highly questionable. For these reasons, I CANNOT RECOMMEND HER SERVICES.

UPDATED REVIEW: More than 5-years later…read more 1/2 a decade ago I was fortunate to cross paths with someone I soon realized to be an extraordinary individual, someone so unique most will never encounter such a man in their lifetime. Over the years I began to understand better what sets Attorney Sirounis apart from others in his profession or many others. Not only his undisputed unmatched brilliance (only by speaking to him will you appreciate this, words are unable do him justice), when it comes to his integrity for the Law: he has a moral compass that CANNOT be bought, persuaded or intimidated. His unmatched determination, energy and dedication to his very founded commitment that the rule of Law applies to everyone; there should never exist a two-tier justice system. EVERYONE has a God given right as well as a Constitutional right as an American to "equal justice". I tried to find a historian who may encompass the vision of Nasseh | Sirounis Law; I could not find a quote that fits the many values (in my opinion) that John and the team encompass. The closest I could come was uttered over 2,500 years ago; while there is no definitive agreement on the individual who spoke the words - there is no dissention on the words spoken. "Wisdom, compassion, and courage are the three universally recognized moral qualities of men." Having known Attorney Sirounis for over 1/2 a decade, from when he arrived in Orlando, I predicted a different path for him in my original review. I fully believed him to be among the most influential men in Orlando (in his humble and quiet way he and his firm actually are in my opinion). John's indescribable ability to retain even the seemingly most insignificant nuances of Law, his unbendable morals character and values he will not compromise on encompasses the way he masters his profession and conducts his life; simply - he is beyond reproach. Having met his business partner Chris Nasseh (I do not know nearly as well as John but hope to better equant myself with him as well as Attorney Steven Palacio in the future). Steven and I worked briefly on an issue regarding public corruption and I found him to be extraordinarily bright, a fast thinker, able to predict other individuals' response before they even were aware of their response, as well as his tenacious and "never give up or give in" attitude. I am forever indebted to these men. I have met and spoken to Law Partner Chris Nasseh on several occasions. I was so impressed that after meeting him the first time, when I phone and Chris picks up, I am greeted with a friendly "Hi Tony" the same as Law Partner John Sirounis. I have identified a common fiber that distinctly identifies all these unique and talented professionals. My perception is that Attorney Sirounis, the most ethical and brilliant Criminal Defense Attorney I met in my lifetime, someone who will fight for justice and not permit anyone to intimidate him or deny his client their Constitutional Rights or be railroaded by local corruption, Attorney Chris Nasseh who's amazing at Civil Law, having participated in very high profile cases that have spanned multiple States (confusing and very complex litigation) who also is fearless and will not back down when it comes to protecting his clients - he looked familiar, I realized why - he is also on the news a lot. Attorney Steven Palacio was the attorney who John had assisting me; after over 1/2 a decade of flying the American Flag in my front yard Code Enforcement plans to Cite me up to $1,000.00 a day - suddenly (right before Memorial Day) flying the American Flag in America became illegal per the Corrupt Orange County government. Steve is a brilliant strategist combining his expertise to the Partners, Steve is so nice however he can advocate zealously; he was filing this and that and permits and uploading things; he showed no intimidation by anyone - I am sure glad he is on my side! I can tell you these remarkable gentlemen are a true powerhouse. All accomplished experts in their respective fields, all accessible day and night, and all 100% incorruptible and unafraid. My 76 year old mother is so amazed she considers John a "second son". In Closing I am offering an OPINION: they do what they do out of passion and true conviction. Their rates are fair, their overhead low - they don't focus on the luxuries of public spotlight but dedicate their lives to ensuring ALL AMERICANS and residents of Florida have access to competent and zealous representation when it comes to matters of the Law. I have a tremendous respect for these individuals and the sacrifices they make for the good of the public. These are the unsung hero's who find satisfaction in the practice of what they care so passionately about - not chasing lavish lifestyles.

John is extremely knowledgeable about the law, aggressive and extremely efficient. Shocking he is still so affordable as he worked out a very flexible payment plan for me and my family. My advisement to you is don't waste your time or money seeking a consultation with Nishad Khan Law group. During the phone consultation, I was asked a number of questions but was not told how the firm could serve as legal representative to the case. This is one of the items promised in the consultation disclosure. Instead, I was offered a next day call back to follow-up which I did not receive, because the attorney dropped out of sight for several business days. On the third business day following consultation I was contacted by email and my case was turned down. This seems to be an easy way to make money in between cases for this firm. It also delays those seriously seeking attorneys that want to work. Overall, I did not receive any legal advise that would qualify as a legal consultation. If you are considering https://nishadkhanlaw.com , don't. Don't waste your money and most importantly don't waste your time, cause that has a cost as well. Instead consult with an attorney through the Orange County Bar Association https://www.orangecountybar.org/ .

If you are considering hiring Family First to manage your own or a family member's Medicaid…read moreapplication, I urge you to carefully consider my experience and the financial harm their mistakes have caused my family. In October 2023, I hired Family First for assistance with my elderly mother's Medicaid application and for advice on managing her limited assets. Unfortunately, their mismanagement caused financial strain, emotional stress, and jeopardized her well-being. Below are just a few examples of their negligence. 1. Failure to Follow Up and Understand Family Objectives - After an initial call with Attorney GH and Case Manager SG, several asset management strategies were suggested, but follow-ups were neglected. I sent dozens of emails asking for updates, guidance, or clarification, but received little to no proactive communication. I had to repeat basic details about her case, including our family's objectives and my living out of state, during every interaction. Unrealistic deadlines for document submission left little time to comply. Their lack of organization and communication caused unnecessary delays in securing care for my mother and increased emotional stress to my family. 2. Negligence in Medicaid Application Process - The firm submitted my mother's Medicaid application without reviewing her financial documents. Medicaid denied the application in February 2024. This left our family responsible for $20,000 in unreimbursed nursing home bills. 3. Unauthorized and Harmful Resolution Plan - After Medicaid was denied, SG was replacdd with MR. In her introduction email, she mistakenly called my mother "Mrs. Hamilton," which isn't her name. She later apologized using the last name "Case" - also not my mother's name. Around this time, the nursing home started calling weekly for payment of the overdue amount. I told MR that I believed the firm was at fault and responsible for the debt. MR met with GH to create a "plan" that went against our family's goals. Without my knowledge, they arranged with the nursing home for my mother to stay there indefinitely, using her Social Security benefits to pay off the $20,000 debt. I was shocked and upset to learn about this despicable plan. This plan ignored my clear directives to move her OUT of that facility. I had frequently expressed my concerns about the nursing home to them - it was a horrible environment and I did not agree to have my mother live out her life there. 4. Errors in critical documents, like my mother's durable power of attorney. 5. Risking Exposure of Sensitive Client Data - I've received emails from the firm's attorneys that were clearly generated by ChatGPT or similar AI tools. This raises serious concerns about the privacy of my mother's sensitive financial and personal information. I was never informed or asked for permission. 6. The firm provided incorrect advice about a financial investment, involving my mother's life savings. These funds were meant to cover her assisted living and medical expenses for the long term. I told the attorneys my mother might relocate out of state, and they assured me the investment would be transferable. This was false. I said we'd need to withdraw funds as my mother's expenses grew with age or a potential move. They recommended a flat fee option for penalty fees associated with early termination, which I understood to be 8%. This was also false. Less than three months after the investment, I was shocked to learn the termination fee would be over $37,000. As a result, my mother's life savings are now insufficient to sustain her in an assisted living facility. Instead of lasting a decade as planned, her funds will run out in less than three years. The managing partner who "advised" me on this deal received a copy of the contract prior to my signing. Had he taken the time to review it, he might have caught the errors in the guidance he provided. This mistake has severely jeopardized my mother's financial stability and her ability to access care in the future. Family First Elder Law's mishandling of my mother's case has caused serious financial and emotional harm to my family. My 89-year-old mother has suffered directly, facing extended time in a facility that didn't meet her needs, financial penalties that drained her savings, and unnecessary stress. The firm repeatedly failed to show the diligence, professionalism, and care needed in such a critical situation. Hire them at your own risk.
