Sarah turned up promptly and gave me a quote which I accepted and said the office would be in touch to schedule to do the work. After two days and not hearing anything, I called to schedule the work to be done, and the office manager scheduled the work to be done. After taking a day off work, Eskew Electric didn't turn up at the scheduled time, I called the office and was told that they had no record of my work. The owner called me back and I explain all the interactions I had with his company and his words were "That doesn't happen" and basically suggested that I had not scheduled the work. After I challenged him on this I was informed that he didn't want my business.
