Second visit with a different doctor he immediately pitched a procedure called Intracept. Ads for it were on the exam room wall. He diagnosed a different area of the spine than the Colorado specialist, pain pattern didn't even match his recommendation refused to also treat the area the other specialist recommended he would only inject the level that supports his Intracept diagnosis, and quoted success rates that omit the 55% placebo response from the clinical trial. Also worth knowing this practice uses MDidentity review gating. Happy patients go to public reviews. Unhappy patients get redirected to a private survey. That's why you see 7,000+ perfect reviews on their site and 2 stars on Yelp. We canceled and are going to an academic medical center instead. If your doctor has ads for a specific procedure on the wall before you even sit down, ask yourself who the appointment is really for.

When I asked the front desk if they would accept a patient who was 45 minutes late, they said they don't even allow someone who's 15 minutes late. Yet somehow, it's fine for them to make us wait endlessly. That's not just inconsiderate -- it's disrespectful. I understand that some patients take longer than expected, but this level of delay and poor communication shows zero respect for the people waiting. Doctors expect patients to value their time, but clearly don't value ours. Completely unprofessional. Precision needs to do much better.

After seeing the initial therapist once or twice, I was then seen by a gentlemen who pushed my head back and laughed at me because of how "weak" he said my neck was, and then gave me an excersise that only made everything worse. My neck is not in fact "weak" but is a symptom of my condition. My spealizing doctor litterally told me to stop going back here. This was back in 2023. I was so upset by this experience I only recently was willing to try again at a new place and have had significant improvements. Not only was I so embarrassed by the actions of this doctor that it took me years to go to PT again, extra years of intense pain, but now 3 YEARS LATER they are sending a bill because THEY incorrectly charged me when I paid IN OFFICE EVERY VISIT. I know this is what happen because I was able to speak with billing exactly ONE TIME about this issue, at which point they no longer return my calls or emails.

Per my insurance company, it is on the same tab in Availity - Providers- TriWest; when you submit the referrals (as the provider). Only a referral was made and PT requires both. So now it still needs to be submitted but now they are saying my PCP needs to. This was the same way in east region (now west for Texas) so I don't know why this is like a new thing to them with authorizations. They worked me into rehab in the meantime which is nice; when I called they wouldn't do that without charging me per visit out of pocket. My first issue was that my appointment was at 10 am, and I was not seen by the doctor till 11:20 am. The nurse and doctor was very unsympathetic to the pain I am experiencing. The nurse told me my previous records were gone as they switched to a different system called Athena (I believe medical record retention is 7 years, and my records were from 2023 and 2024). They did an xray of the wrong area today. I also forgot to mention that I heard the nurse complaining about me from the hallway, which is completely unprofessional.
