It's been about 2 months now and I've needed quite a bit of help. Eddie Sandoval's office and has given me the most surprising experience. When I first talked with Monica at the new office she was really sweet and was a pleasure to work with. Since then I've needed their assistance a lot more than usual. Every time I've communicated with Monica I was pleasantly surprised with how pleasant she was. I started thinking how she's helping another agent with my policies and all my policies are actually getting transferred to a new office in about a week. And it is so nice how great she's been with me even knowing that I'll be with another agent! It's not the norm from what I've experienced. Eddie Sandoval State Farm insurance Agency has jeopardized my daughter's home investment instead of…read moreprotecting it, but he gladly took her and her fiancé's money. My daughter and her fiancé recently just bought a house near Eddie Sandoval's State Farm Agency. This young couple were very thorough and had three inspections done including a specific roof inspection (also one done by the seller). Eddie Sandoval State Farm agency took their money for home insurance and neglected to ask if they had roof inspections. Instead they hired someone to drive by to inspect the roof without ever going on the roof. Just weeks after this young couple closed on their home, Eddie's agency said they will stop insuring their home in less than one month if they don't replace their roof, despite this couple having two professional and very recent inspections done; both indicating that the roof has year's of life left. Worse yet, when I spoke to Eddie and his agent, I found both completely in cya mode and lacking any empathy or willingness to even give them more time to sort things out. I have never seen any company treat a paying customer so badly. Shocking. They told me they don't have the authority to help, yet when I called state farm corporate, they told me that the local agency has the most power.

She never disclosed rates, fees, or any general costs associated with my spouse or me, then said "we wont know the total until it's all said and done." After weeks of Christine "double amd triple checking" her work at my cost (which still needed my attention to detail to catch HER ERRORS), and re-creating my entire tax return (which was a burden of her system, not in my control), they charged us $1200 for an amendment. I was pressured to pay, never given an itemized bill, and was given an "it is what it is" attitude. After paying to get my amendment filed, I disputed the charge with my bank for being overcharged for services rendered. I just received a check from the IRS because the crooks rescinded the amendment out of spite. Luckily, I have my copy of everything they did so I can simply recreate the forms and mail them out with a fresh check. If you need a tax preparation service, youd be better off with a chicken pecking at a keyboard while on the TurboTax website than to ever trust Christine Caperton to touch your documents. ​
