I'm a bit of a skeptic but after studying research that said chiropractic adjustments fare slightly better than a placebo in TMJ trials, I continued with my treatment plan. Over several weeks and months, I regained much mobility and my pain eased. They do encourage several treatments a week which can be expensive and time consuming; I recommend advocating for what you can reasonably do. Use your voice when they create your care plan.
