Definitely one of the most stunning, artistic and beautiful meals I've ever had the opportunity to…read moreenjoy. The entire experience from beginning to finish was exquisite, each dish completely unique, well thought out, a true work of art and a dance in my mouth. This is the only double Michelin in Istanbul so we had to try it out while we were here, Turk Fatih is a genius and true artist at heart, the restaurant itself is beautiful, the service top notch, followed by a kitchen tour to meet the artists in the end. I forgot to take pictures of my favorite dish because I was too blown away by the flavor, texture, and happiness happening. I wasn't a fan of the main protein/meat dish we had- though it was beautiful, it was the only course I didn't finish because it was oddly too extreme in flavor for me personally but overall it was still entirely a beautiful and perfect experience. It's what I expect at a Michelin experience and fulfilled my expectations, I thoroughly recommend trying it if you're ever in Istanbul because it's truly lovely.
