Back in July when I started feeling severe pain in my shoulder, I knew Dr. Casey would help me with my pain. I had to pull over on my way to work because the pain was so bad. I called and that day, and the next day, he gave me a consultation. The staff were extremely welcoming and informative during my first visit, and continue to be both these things every time I come in for an adjustment. I have been going to Dr. Casey for six months now and have felt the same severe pain only once within this time frame (which I am sure was due to a deep tissue massage that loosened my muscles and made me more prone to pain in my shoulder). It was a Saturday when I felt this pain, and Dr. Casey was on vacation. I messaged him and told him my situation. He then referred me to his sister who saw me twice in that same Saturday. Dr Casey has a genuine concern for every single one of his patents and treats their health with the same urgency he would a family member. Everyone at Streetsville Chiropractic is like family to me. I would recommend SC to my loved ones, those feeling any kind of pain, or anyone who is skeptical about chiropractic treatment. Dr. Casey, Dr. Morgan and their staff never cease to amaze me with their outstanding customer service and quality healthcare.

Christa recommended me to their acupuncturist, Nada, as well to help with some issues with my jaw and neck. I went to see her twice and had a lovely experience. She did ask a lot of questions on the first visit but you can tell she's not just there to collect a cheque ... she really cares about your needs, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Prices are competitive, they do direct billing, and the space is really friendly and inviting. The receptionist even let me charge my phone behind her desk once while I was in my appointment! She is professional, accommodating, and genuinely cares about the entire well-being of her patients. She is also constantly bettering herself through continued learning to be as up-to-date for her patients as possible. Her office is clean, cozy, offers receipts electronically or via paper, and she has toys for your children to play. I met Dr. Lardi at a baby show almost three years ago now. Originally, I came to her to adjust my pelvic imbalance during my pregnancy. Not only did she adjust that, but she fixed my knee pain, and gave me techniques and exercises to take with me at home. Additionally, about a year into going to her, she discovered that my mother had passed away, and reached out with her sentiments and condolences to myself and my family. She took the time to make sure I knew I was supported, when even coworkers and friends hadn't done so. When work had me working extra hours and switching everything around, she was there to find a schedule that could work for both of us.
