His AV service is top notch. He just completed setting up my home and pool complex. He brought the equipment I needed. His work is clean and spotless. Journey A\V has my highest recommendation. I refer him to all of my friends who want a highly connected audio experience throughout their homes // from TV mounting to AV whole house and patio sound. Alej does it all and has never disappointed - having completed several different work orders for me over the years. He's a true Pro.

Alex is the OPPOSITE. Alex is tenacious. He has a "can do" attitude, loves a challenge and won't leave till the job is done. It's so wonderful!!! In my situation, I had another contractor tell me what I wanted done was not possible then charged me $150 for coming out to survey the situation. Then I hired Alex. He came in and said "absolutely we can do this." He got it done and I am HAPPY. I am hiring Alex the next time I need this kind of work done. I know the job will get done right and with a genuine smile.

I was faced with the challenge of getting a network setup for a new sales team after a big box…read moresupport company (we all know who) dropped the ball at the last minute informing me that could not do the job. With a new team starting the next day and all the computers onsite and ready, I needed to find a real support company and quickly. Once that could be there the next day. To our rescue came IT Support Guys. After a late Sunday night call to discuss the specs and assuring me they would be there Monday, I felt a sense of relief. Exactly on time - an IT Support Guys team showed up to set up our network and connect the peripherals. Within 2 hours our network was set up professionally by 2 knowledgeable and efficient techs. Everything worked perfectly from minute one though they stayed long enough just to make sure. They were thorough, checking each step of the way. An additional benefit is how cost effect IT Support Guys is, especially compared to the big box guys. Not only did my installation cost a fraction of what I had agreed to, I was able to return a substantial amount of equipment as unnecessary for us at this time. I enthusiastically recommend you give them a call for ALL of your IT support needs especially those medium to larger projects where their expertise will make a big difference to performance and your budget. We will continue to use them to support our growth.

The online booking process was very easy. Pricing was transparent as I selected specifics about what my job would entail. Though you give your credit card info at the time of booking, you aren't charged until the job is completed. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. My tech did arrive late which was the only downside of the experience. Even with that the job was done in an hour. The tech brought all the tools and carefully measured and leveled my art so the final result was great. The tech was courteous and professional. I would use this service again.

I needed a WiFi thermostat installed and Hello Tech sent an IT person who didn't know the product…read morewell enough to know it needed a specific connection - a C-Wire. Please note- this tech was punctual and personable and knows computers very well and was able to set up my home alarm system - but not thermostats. This caused my house to heat up to 92 degrees one day while I was at work - when you selected "cool", heat would come on. The most upsetting part of this experience is that I begged them to send someone else and they refused and sent the same tech. After spending two hours on the phone with India, he was unable to get this new thermostat to work and thankfully he was at least able to connect my old thermostat until I figured out my next move. I called an AC guy who showed up within a few hours and got everything working perfectly in no time. What's really upsetting is when I asked for my money back, Hello Tech instead reimbursed me for the AC guy's work which was $20 less than their charge. How does this make any sense? You sent someone who couldn't complete the work, shouldn't you not charge at all? I will never use Hello Tech again nor will I recommend them.
