This is probably a biased review from me since I've never been a fan of an art gallery.
I'm glad that we put that disclaimer up there.
This gallery by the Stora Torget has free entrance (a plus point there) and is relatively small but they have quite an interesting exhibition titled "After" by Martin Karlsson Tebus.
To sum the exhbition short : Tebus drew bunch of nature paintings after the style they were done before and he made some sketches of streets of London (that I'm a fan of!) and some scenery paintings in Norway (Sunnmøre) that were amazing.
But he also did some weird stuff after Kazimir Malevich paintings that just blew my mind (in a bad way). It's about four grey squares mounted in the wall. Uhm. Yes? Also another was "Attempt to make white paper black and black paper white". Right.
I would probably never understand art, but this place is totally OK to visit when you spend your time in Linköping. It's free, so why not? read more
