Someone reported this location as closed, but it is a food truck, and moves around to different events, and is definitely still open. I would highly recommend stopping here and trying some of their deserts.

I've passed by this one a…read moremillion times over the past few years, going to/ coming from Rt. 26, but I had no idea it was on the other side of the tree line. To add to that, it's kind of tucked in a residential area. Anyways, the Container Bar is quite large. There's a long, double sided bar. Half indoors and half outdoors. There's also ample tables inside with a nice view of a huge projector screen, more tables outdoors, and a cozy covered lounge area. The drinks are very well priced. And there's always a food truck providing good eats to soak up the alcohol. Lastly, it's just a great vibe. Kind of beachy, cool people, and dog friendly. You really can't ask for much more.

The kind where the fish arrives seasoned with intention, fried to that exact golden standard, and plated like someone in the kitchen has something to prove, and proves it. The sides? Not supporting actors. Co-stars. The kind that make you pause mid-bite, look down at your plate, and quietly reconsider your level of gratitude. I'm convinced this is the type of place where diets go to negotiate... and lose. Service was warm, efficient, and didn't miss a beat, which matters when you're trying to maintain composure while fully committed to your plate. Carolima's didn't just serve dinner, they delivered a reminder: when something is done well, it doesn't need explaining... just a second visit. Highly recommended. Strategically unforgettable.

Breanne picked out everything and it was all set and ready to go before the family arrived. We had turkey, gravy, their famous Mac and cheese (stated by them!), cornbread dressing, green beans, cranberry sauce and relish, and collard green egg rolls. I tried a small bite of everything and it was all delicious. The cornbread stuffing was herbaceous. The famous baked Mac and cheese was delicious and cheesy and gooey. Nothing needed seasoned as it was all already seasoned perfectly. For dessert I had sweet potato pie for the first time. It's delicious too. We also ordered a big tray of their banana pudding. If you feel like sitting back and relaxing for a holiday, consider having your next occasion catered by Carolima's.

I seriously daydream about Brooke's pasta. My husband and I are in an ongoing battle about which sauce is better - the pesto or the alla vodka. It's all amazing and we only wish Brooke would open a restaurant. From start to finish, every bite was amazing, plus you do not get better customer service than the B Gourmet team.
