I have been hoping my whole life that I could get lasik and was upset by the results. Needless to say, I was not impressed.

She can't answer a question for the life of her she just repeats you should of asked the doctor. She told me that I had messed up my appointment time even though I had a voice mail confirming otherwise and never apologized. Made it out to be my fault the whole time. I explained that I was financially unable to pay for the whole bill in one go and she simply said "well then come back when you have the funds". EXCUSE me .. in my line of business we would never say that to one of our members. We would work out a plan and take down a credit card number or pre-authorized cheques - this was such a joke.
