Emily did a very good job, and she's very talented and has been a an aesthetician for roughly over a decade, so she knows what she's doing, and it was a pleasure to have her. It is located in Salon Republic in the Topanga Village on the second floor next to Burke Williams. The salon is very clean and it's very cute inside and I love the 1 on 1 attention. The prices are reasonable, and it only took a little bit over an hour, and I am happy with the finished product of my eyebrows. I got eyebrow shaping, henna tint, and lamination. I never get my eyebrows done, so this was a must for me. Usually, I do them on my own, but when I'm going somewhere or event, I want to have them already done, which creates less hassle for me with make up. Overall, I am very satisfied with my service and I am happy with my brows. Also, I am so happy I got to experience Emily's work, and her bubbly personality. She is very nice and tells you everything she is putting on your brows, which I think is professional. You receive a text before your appointment, giving you the steps and directions on how to find the salon, and where to wait if they are still with a client. The parking is easy to find, they give you 90 minutes free for parking, which is all I needed for today's service. I am very satisfied with my eyebrows and I highly recommend Mint Wax Center! -Marshay D.

The salon itself is clean, everyone is very personable, and again the quality of the work is stellar. Don't let the storefront steer you away -- this is a great spot to get your brows cleaned up.

She is always keeping herself busy with keeping the place clean as well as jumping in to assist with her colleagues if they need it. Outside of that she is also extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and if she doesn't know something she will find out before I leave for my appointment. And lastly, my schedule is usually pretty all over the place and I'll have to move around my appointments. She has never made me feel as though this is an inconvenience which I find such a rare quality these days. Your waxing specialists are all great, much love to Kelly & Jayda. But just really needed to give a special shout-out to Anastasia. 10/10 for her service

I checked in and the front desk said I was too late, 1 minute past the deadline. I turned to leave and they said they could get me in for 1 of my services. I said ok I'll wait in my car. They said it's in 2 minutes so just wait. I waited and waited, until 22, past my original appointment. 11 minute when they said 2. My waxer wasn't with anybody. They made me wait out until there was just enough time to do one service off my original appointment.. vindictive behavior for 1 minute. I knew I'd lose time for 1 service because I was late, but to not use the time and let both of us wait. Dumb. I can't wait until my passes are expired So I can move to someplace new.

She was within walking distance, so I decided to give her a call. She was incredibly flexible and willing to take me in right away, which was amazing. I literally ran over there! From the moment I met her, I felt like I had known her forever. Her space is absolutely gorgeous, and her personality is just as beautiful. We were able to talk about anything and everything, and she made me feel so comfortable. What truly sets her apart is the time and care she puts into her work. No one has ever taken the time to actually teach me about my eyebrows--how they should be shaped, what suits my face, or how to properly fill them in. She broke everything down for me, even offering to help me practice filling them in if I ever needed guidance. Let's just say... my eyebrows were not sisters, not cousins, not even friends before this! I'm so grateful I came across her, and I'm excited to see the potential my brows have with her help.
