This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately my experience was nothing like what I…read moreexpected based on the reviews I had read about this place. I chose them because of the positive reviews and was expecting a careful, professional brow service. My appointment was with Riley, who I understand is also the manager, which made my experience even more disappointing. There was no consultation whatsoever before she started. Riley never asked how I normally wear my brows, what shape I wanted, or whether I wanted my brow hairs trimmed. My brows were naturally full with longer hairs, and she trimmed them extremely short and tweezed them, completely changing the look of my eyebrows. If she had simply asked me beforehand, I would have made it very clear that I wanted to keep my brows full and did not want the hairs cut this short. The service is listed as approximately 20 minutes, but I was in the chair for about 8 minutes. The entire appointment felt rushed, especially for a first-time client. I left extremely disappointed, and now I have to wait for my eyebrows to grow back. For a first-time client, I believe there should have been a consultation before making such a noticeable change to my brows--especially when the person providing the service is also the manager. Sadly, this was not the experience I expected after reading the reviews, and I would not return for eyebrow services.

Debbie was nice and soft but that wasn't I was expecting in the massage. Very soft. The massage is not that cheap. It's $109 for an hour. Though I keep getting text messages of confirmation of my booking but they never mentioned that my therapist is not available today else I could have rescheduled for tomorrow. I spoke to a person at the front desk who seems not bothered by whatever you say he was just there to making bookings. On top of that I gave a tip in cash for the therapist. Too pricy for the work done.

I was really hoping for a better first time experience with sugaring. This place had good reviews…read moreso I was hopeful in the type of care that would be taken. The place itself is clean and pink. I love the aesthetic, but the experience of getting a Brazilian wax was traumatizing. The esthetician, Natalie, was not gentle and seemed very upset when I needed to take breaks. She just kept going and telling me to hold my skin. Out of annoyance, she asked me several times if I wanted to continue (rolling her eyes). I understand that waxing is difficult but I think with it being a vulnerable experience (everything out in the open), it could've been handled with more caution. I was in pain the ENTIRE time, to the point of crying. The esthetician did not show any concern for the pain I was in. Even the way she sprinkled the powder was aggressive. I hope accountability is taken and reviewed. Overall, I don't see myself coming back here due to my experience. I hope to try sugaring at a place with more care and kindness.

The only thing is that the technician was relatively new when it comes to sugaring. I think with a little bit more experience, she'll be great. I also got a 50% off on one of my waxes because I'm a first time client. Also, I got a scrub as a holiday gift! Yay!

Unfortunately, it felt like the focus was more on getting paid than providing a quality service. My lash lift was only half done, yet I was charged full price. My eyelashes are completely flat and don't even look like a lash lift was done. There wasn't enough glue or product applied, and the results are terrible. If there wasn't enough time to do the service properly, it should have been rescheduled or adjusted. Charging full price for unfinished work is unprofessional and very disappointing.
